If dogs can get it right, why do humans sometimes struggle? Azeddine Behlouli knew that he had to think outside of the box as he began to concoct the idea that ultimately became The Ruff Life. “I love nature, and I love animals,” says the Algerian painter. “And I just ultimately came to love the idea that two dogs resting on the edge of the pier could sit back with each other and relax and ponder what a wonderful life we’re all living.”
