That's our mascot. He is affable and friendly, but he's also 83, so he is completely unfiltered. He's lived a very full life and seen a lot, and, while he is eternally optimistic about the future of humankind, he has very little tolerance for people who lack empathy. He mostly hangs out on our Instagram page or occasionally on Facebook. He thinks Twitter is stupid.
All of our products are printed and shipped to order using the latest DTG technology, and therefore require just a little more time in production than the typical items you would order from Amazon. Generally, you can expect your product to print relatively quickly after you've placed your order, ship within 3-5 days after that, and arrive to you within an appropriate shipping time after that (~3-4 days in the U.S.). We have seen 8 days as the average order-to-doorstep timeframe, though, of course, the current situation could quite possibly extend that number beyond our control.Â
The exception to this timeframe are the couple of specialized products that we offer which print in more obscure corners of the world. (In item descriptions, we have denoted which products will take longer to arrive.)

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the products in your cart and the destination of the shipment.Â
All orders over $50 ship free within the United States.
After your item(s) have been crafted and a shipping label has been created, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email. You can then use that code to track exactly where your order stands.
Good question. Simple answer: it is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. Please refer to your tracking information in that initial email you received.
Quickly! So you can put it right back on.
Wash inside-out in a standard washer of your preferred setting. We recommend hang-drying for best results, however the use of a regular dryer is just fine. Our prints are sublimated from the latest Direct to Garment (DTG) technology. From this quality, you can expect many wears and washes before you see any fading.
Unless denoted in the product description, you will see very minimal shrinkage from washing and drying.

It did, in fact, work. The only issue you might be having is that our shopping platform will only allow one discount code per order, so choose which discount code you'd like to use, and go with that one.
Side note: quantity discounts count as a discount code, so you won't be able to pair that with another discount code.
